All of our tacos are specially made every day. We start fresh every morning cooking our meats, shredding our cheeses, and chopping our vegetables to bring you the freshest tacos around.
Burritos
Our burrito is a wrapped behemoth: a giant tortilla cover bursting with rice, black beans, vegetables, and your choice of meats. Buried in a blizzard of guacamole, sour cream, and salsa.
Drinks
Our refreshing drinks are carefully handcrafted daily with blends of fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, and spring water, with no additives. Our signature drinks are our aquas frescas.

Showcasing modern interpretations on authentic street tacos, Ixtaco Taqueria's food is inspired by the authentic and rich flavors of Mexico and its surrounding cities and cultures. We offer a wide variety of fresh and delicious tacos, burritos, and drinks. Our headliner remains with our delicious tacos, fresh handmade tortillas with an assortment of meat choices from carne asada, carnitas, pollo, chicharrones, and pescados. Our aqua frescas are handcrafted daily with fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs.
Ixtaco Taqueria provides a clean, casual, family-friendly, counter service atmosphere for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We keep our operations and our menu very simple. We would rather do fewer things great than many things “just okay.” Our food is prepared with long-established traditions, paired with contemporary approaches, and local home-style flavors. Ixtaco Taqueria is located in the ever growing neighborhood of El Monte, California and was established in 2015.
